外国雑誌の配置について
山形大学医学部図書館では，利用者の利便性と書架スペースの不足とを鑑み， 外国雑誌（一部国内欧文雑誌を含む）を刊行年等より下記のとおり各階の書架に分けて配置しています。
※ 一部巻号については館内では利用できないものもありますのでご了承ください。

1985年以降に刊行された外国雑誌の巻号は，図書館2階のカウンターを抜けてすぐの外国雑誌書架に配置されています。 順番はカウンター側手前から順にアルファベット順です。
新着雑誌，購読外国雑誌の近刊，逐次刊行物（ハードカバーのタイトル）， 電子ジャーナルで利用可能な一部バックナンバー，講座貸出中の雑誌については それぞれ別の場所にありますのでそちらの説明をご参照ください。

対象：1975〜1984年に刊行された外国雑誌。（一部別置タイトル・巻号を除く）
配置：医学部図書館1階 電動書架（館内地図）
1975年〜1984年に刊行された外国雑誌の巻号は，図書館1階の学生用図書書架そばの電動集密書架に配置されています。 順番は階段側から順にアルファベット順です。
電子ジャーナルで利用可能な一部バックナンバーについては別の場所にありますので そちらの説明をご参照ください。

対象：過去一週間に受け入れた雑誌（内国雑誌含む）。
配置：医学部図書館2階 ブラウジングコーナー（館内地図）
過去一週間に受け入れた雑誌は図書館2階カウンター前のブラウジングコーナー・新着雑誌スペースに配置されています。
多数の方々が利用するため，こちらの雑誌は館外への持出を若干制限しておりますのでご注意ください。
購読外国雑誌の当年刊行分
対象：今年刊行された購読外国雑誌。一部タイトルについては前年刊行分を含む
配置：医学部図書館2階 ブラウジングコーナー（館内地図）
書架スペースの不足により，最近刊行分の購読外国雑誌は図書館2階カウンター前のブラウジングコーナー・新着雑誌スペース裏に配置されています。
ブラウジングコーナー内のスペースの関係上，古いものから順に2階・外国雑誌書架へ移動しますので，こちらにない場合は外国雑誌書架をお探しください。

対象：1985年以降に刊行された逐次刊行物扱い外国雑誌。リスト参照。
配置：医学部図書館1階 手動集密書架（館内地図）
外国雑誌のうちハードカバーのものについては逐次刊行物扱いとして，図書館1階のトイレそばにある手動集密書架の入り口左奥にあります。

なお，1975〜1984年以前の巻号については他の外国雑誌と同様に電動集密書架の方に配架しています。 また一部電子ジャーナル利用可のため移動したものがあります。 ほか，Method in Enzymologyのみブラウジングコーナーへ別置となっていますのでご注意ください。

書架スペースの不足のため，電子ジャーナルで継続的な利用の見込まれる外国雑誌のバックナンバー （下記リスト参照）について，2007年度に館内製本準備室に移動しました。 これらの巻号については原則として利用できませんので，お手数ですが電子ジャーナルでご利用ください。
なお，冊子体で利用したい，電子ジャーナルに不備があり該当の論文が利用できない等の事情がある場合は ご相談にのりますので医学部図書館カウンターまでお申し出ください。
